1. RyXeo / AbulÉdu ... and community, who are you ?

RyXéo is a french company where most of AbulÉdu developpeurs works.

AbulÉdu is an operating system designed in 1998 for primary schools.

AbulÉdu "LeTerrier" is the name for educational applications made by our community and our company. This part of AbulÉdu has a page on ohloh and total cost estimation is ... look at this !

3. Launch apps

3.1. How could i make ".run" scripts runable (gnu/linux)

Note: Clic on screenshot to get it in full size.

  1. Open directory where you save packages (download)
  2. right clic on first package (file ended with ".run")
  3. switch to Permissions tab then check "Allow executing file as program", close this window
  4. double clic on .run file, then choose "Run"
  5. a term could appear with some informations (uncompressing file), please wait ...
  6. done, this app is running

3.2. windows packages not certified (windows)

Packages are not yet signed for windows operating system.

4. System requirements
  • Windows: XP, Vista, Seven (32bits or 64)
  • MacOs: 10.6 or more
  • GNU/Linux: debian squeeze or more, ubuntu 10.04 or more (32 or 64 bits)

All source code is under GNU/GPL v2 or GNU/GPL v3. Pictures and artistics stuff is under CC-BY-SA 3.0.
